These Terms of Sale apply to purchases made from Valley Cycle Shop.
Product Availability
Products are offered subject to availability.
Placing a product in a shopping cart does not reserve inventory.
Order Confirmation
After placing an order, customers may receive an electronic confirmation.
An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of the order and does not necessarily mean that fulfillment has been completed.
Payment Authorization
Orders may be subject to payment authorization and fraud screening before fulfillment.
Order Processing
Orders normally require 1 to 2 business days for processing.
Orders placed after the applicable daily processing cut-off time, on weekends, or on public holidays may begin processing on the next applicable business day.
Delivery
After dispatch, standard UPS transit time is normally approximately 6 to 7 business days.
Total estimated delivery time is generally approximately 7 to 9 business days.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.
Product Inspection
Customers should inspect products after delivery.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly.
Returns
Eligible products may be returned within 90 days of delivery under our Return and Refund Policy.
Refunds
Approved refunds are normally processed within 7 business days after the returned product has been received and approved.
Financial institutions may require additional time to post the refund.
