Customers may request cancellation before an order has been shipped.
How to Request Cancellation
Contact us as soon as possible:
Include your order number.
Before Shipment
If fulfillment has not progressed too far, we will attempt to cancel the order.
Cancellation cannot be guaranteed once processing has started.
After Shipment
Orders that have already been shipped cannot normally be canceled in transit.
Customers may use the applicable return process after delivery.
Cancellation Refunds
When a paid order is successfully canceled, the applicable amount will be returned to the original payment method.
